Bristol man was taken into custody on felony charges Thursday.
Naugatuck police said a Bristol man sold crack cocaine and a pistol to an undercover police informant in late 2010.
Bristol police arrested Carlos Owens, 46, of 255 Main St., around 12:30 a.m. on Feb. 9 after learning there was a pending warrant for Owens from the Naugatuck Police Department.
Borough police said an undercover police informant purchased a .22 caliber pistol and the narcotics during the winter of 2010.
Owens is facing charges of illegal sale of narcotics, distribution within 1,500 feet of a school and a conspiracy to sell a pistol.
He was held on a total $50,000 court-set surety bond and was scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Feb. 9.
