Missing Naugatuck Person Has Been Found, Say Police

A borough man was reported missing by his mother, according to the Republican-American, but has since been located and is safe.

The Republican-American reported Friday afternoon that a 28-year-old Naugatuck man, Fabian Machado III, had not been seen since Wednesday.

The man's mother, Sonia Donato, had contacted the newspaper, the article stated.

But the man has since been located, said Naugatuck police spokesman Officer Michael Favale. Favale confirmed that there was no harm done and Machado is safe.

Further details couldn't be obtained because a police report wasn't available as of Friday afternoon, Favale said.
