Naugatuck Police Blotter: Feb. 6
The following information was provided by the public information officer at the Naugatuck Police Department. They are allegations until proven otherwise in a court of law.
FLIPPED COFFEE TABLE ENDS IN ARREST
James Troy, 44, 63 Galpin St., Naugatuck, was charged with disorderly conduct on Feb. 6 after police said he got into a dispute with his wife and flipped over a coffee table. Troy was released on a $1,500 non-surety bond and was scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Feb. 7.
MAN CHARGED WITH VIOLATING A PROTECTIVE ORDER
Shameik Camara, 22, 44 Kensington St., Manchester, was charged with a criminal violation of a protective order after police responded to 3 Buritt Place for a suspicious person complaint. Camara was found in the area with a female coworker conducting a survey for an energy company, police said. During the investigation, officers determined Camara had a protective order in place with the female, meaning he was ordered by the court to stay away from her. Camara was released on a $5,000 surety bond and was scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Feb. 7.
MAN CHARGED WITH A FAILURE TO APPEAR
Kyle Dunn, 39, 60 Linden St., Torrington, was charged with first-degree failure to appear after he turned himself in to Naugatuck police on Feb. 7 after learning there was an arrest warrant placed against him. Dunn was held on a $35,000 court-set bond and was scheduled to appear in Waterbury
MAN CHARGED WITH A FAILURE TO APPEAR
Kyle Wade, 24, 15 Harvest Lane, Naugatuck, was charged with second-degree failure to appear on Feb. 7. No further information was available.
