Naugatuck Police Blotter: Jan. 23-25

The following information was provided by the public information officer at the Naugatuck Police Department. They are allegations until proven otherwise in a court of law.

WOMAN CHARGED WITH POT POSSESSION
Stacy Maida, 21, 439 Candee Road, Naugatuck, was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possession of marijuana on Jan. 23 after pulled her over on Arch Street. Maida was released on a $500 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Feb. 1.

MAN CHARGED WITH A FAILURE TO APPEAR
David Adamson, 21, 925 Oronoke Road, Waterbury, was charged with second-degree failure to appear after he turned himself in to Naugatuck police after learning there was a warrant for his arrest. Adamson was held on a court-set $195 cash bond and was scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Cout on Jan. 23.

WOMAN CHARGED WITH SHOPLIFTING
Michaela Shibilisky, 34, 61 Hine St., West Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and a conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny after police said employees at Stop & Shop caught her stealing $264.38 worth of baby formula on Oct. 15. The accused was served a warrant while appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Jan. 24 for a separate charge. She was held for arraignment that day.

BROKEN WINDOW ENDS IN ARREST
Karilyn Dapp, 32, 413 Field St., Naugatuck, was charged with second-degree criminal damage to a landlord’s property after police said a landlord complained on Dec. 17 that she broke a window while moving out of an apartment at 33 Cliff St., Dapp turned herself on Dec. 24 after learning there was a warrant for her arrest. She was released on a $2,500 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Feb. 2.
