Police Blotter: Aug. 9

The following information was provided by the public information officer at the Naugatuck Police Department. They are allegations until proven otherwise in a court of law.

LARCENY
Angelina Fish, 36, 11 Mulberry St., Naugatuck, was charged with fourth-degree larceny on Aug. 8 after police took her into custody from her home. Police said a victim paid Fish two $600 deposits intended for the purchase of a Mastiff puppy on June 10. Fish never supplied the puppy after receiving the payments, police said. The suspect was released on a $1,500 court-set cash bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Aug. 17.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT
Israel Caez, 18, 564 South Main St., Naugatuck, was charged with disorderly conduct on Aug. 1 after Naugatuck police took Caez into custody on warrant on Aug. 8. The suspect is accused of being involved in a domestic disturbance. Caez was released on a $1,000 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Aug. 9.
