It's very sad that this happened to this young girl and I send my condolences to her family, but on her Facebook page it says clear as day, she would drink and drive. For someone who lived in Waterbury, how did she not know she was getting on the highway in the wrong direction?

Don't assume she was drinking just because on her Facebook she partied with friends. She was twenty years old don't disrespect the family like that.

Not too many sober people get on an interstate the wrong way unless they are unfamiliar with the area, or are much older and get confused easily. This girl was 20 and lived in the area so there goes two possible reasons.
I think it is much more likely than not that toxicology reports as well as a statement from her surviving passenger will probably get to the bottom of this one quickly.

Yeah Jim. cool story bro! We get it....she was drunk. Does that make you feel better to come on here and disrespect her and her family in a time of tragedy? Like K said, show some respect, and if you are going to say that you never got behind the wheel after a couple of drinks (because we all have) then you are kidding yourself junior. You hypocritical jerk.

What you and "K" don't get is that respect is earned, not handed out. What my statement said disrespected no one, it was simply a statement of facts.

I did NOT say she was drunk, YOU did you pompous ass, and while you may, not everyone gets behind a wheel after drinking.
