This week, Camp Invention— a national science camp for elementary aged students that partners with the US Patent and Trademark Administration— took place at over 1,200 schools and organizations across the nation. Camp Invention has taken place at Chase for over a decade and we are proud to offer this opportunity to both Chase and local students as an addition to the Summer at Chase program. This year, Camp Invention at Chase is led by current Chase parent and professional educator, Cynthia Zoldy. The program is designed to encourage teamwork and problem-solving through a hands-on science-based curriculum. This year, campers participated in a series of activities including Magnetropolis™, Action and Adventure Games™, Inventeureka™, and I Can Invent: Balloon Burst™.
