On Friday, May 25th, our swimmers held thier first 500 meet of the season! What a success!
Our selected swimmer of the meet is Julianna Scully, age 10, and a first year member of the Thunderfish Future Team. Julianna shaved 134.71 seconds off her last 500 time, finishing the swim at 11:29.61 minutes. Way to go Julianna!
When asked how she felt about her accomplishment, Julianna said "I was really tired after swimming, but it feels good to know I improved my time"!
Julianna is looking forward to many more years with the team... and her teammates and coaches look forward to her future accomplishments as well.
