Change

Hi Everyone,
It seems my life is about to change. I have been living in the same apt. for 23yrs, but due to my sec 8 voucher I can no longer stay here, my son just recently moved out and my voucher will no longer be good for a 2 bedroom apt. So heres my dilemma, Like a lot of us, I don't have the best credit (on paper, that is) ruined that when I was younger.  I have 2 small dogs, well behaved and very friendly, and cats. I need to find a 1 bdrm apt that will except my sec. 8 voucher and my animals.  I do realize this is a very tall order, however, I do have some things going for me that are not on paper, I'm much older (50),wiser & responsible, have worked at the same place for 9yrs, lived in the same apt for 23yrs and my bills are always paid. I would hope that 9 & 23 yrs would have to account for some kind of credit history.

I'm more then willing to have you call my apt. manager and my GM at work for references. 

So, I'm looking for you Mr. of Ms. Landlords of Naugatuck, If your looking for that long term tenant, that will pay their rent, keep and maintain a clean apt and likes to do work around the yard, I'm your gal!, because sometimes whats not on paper (credit report) is better then what is. Take a chance on me! We need a home!
