The lesson for the karate class on Saturday was how boarding breaking can help you focus, and concentrate. Everyone had fun and learned alot.
Karate classes are held at the Naugatuck Y every Monday 4:30pm to 5:30pm and Saturday 9:30am to 10:30am all ages are welcome.
