Everyone knows their dog is the best dog.
Now, Naugatuck Patch is giving you the chance to prove it.
This month, in conjunction with , Patch is launching its Top Dog contest.
First, we want you to go and get your dog officially licensed at the in the town clerk's offcie (as required by law) — and then we want you to enter our contest.
Here’s how it works:
Beginning June 1, upload your favorite photo of your dog to this article (it’s super easy — just make sure you are a registered user first). In the caption, tell us your dog’s name and what makes him or her so special. One photo per owner.
Between now and June 14, our users will vote in the comments on which dog is Naugatuck's Top Dog. So make sure you hit that social media campaign trail early!
On June 15, we will announce the winner of Naugatuck Patch's Top Dog contest. And we'll also have a prize for the Top Dog, too!
To vote: Look for the number in the top right corner of the photo and refer to that in the comments.
