MIDDLEBURY

44th Annual Gingerbread Village & Christmas Bazaar, St. George's Episcopal Church, Tucker Hill Road, December 10, 10 am - 4 pm.

Christmas Around The World is this year's theme and includes more than 50 gingerbread buildings and structures, all edible. Jezebel Home Baked Goods will be offered for sale, Swedish coffee cakes, crafts, pewter, tree ornaments, gingerbread cookies and a variety of Christmas decorations.

 

NAUGATUCK

Christmas Bazaar, St. Francis-St. Hedwig School, 318 Church Street, Sunday, December 11, 8 am - 2 pm.

NEWTOWN

Housatonic Valley Waldorf School’s Holiday Market, 40 Dodgingtown Road,  Friday, December 9, 6 pm – 9 pm and Saturday, December 10 am – 3 pm. 

Enjoy shopping for unique gift items including handmade children's toys, knitwear, original stationery, pottery, silks, jewelry, soaps and body lotions, gourmet food and more.  Friday evening is a separate, adult-only shopping opportunity to preview vendors and artisans. On Saturday, children of all ages will be delighted as they watch a holiday puppet show, create nature-inspired crafts, and visit the children’s only shopping room.

WATERBURY

Winter Fair, Kaymor Technical High School, 43 Tompkins Street, Saturday, December 10, 10 am - 3 pm.

The Skills USA club at Kaynor Technical High School will sponsor a Winter Fair with approximately 50 craftspeople and vendors. The event will include a silent auction and a cosmetology corner where tired shoppers may pause for a nail polish change, a hand massage or tinsel extensions. Kaynor’s chorus will be caroling throughout the day.  Food and beverages will be available.

 

Are you having an event and want to get it onto Patch? It is super easy! First, make sure you are a registered user on your local Patch (the sign up button is in the top right corner of the home page).
