Get Out: Pink Floyd Cover Band and Soccer Fundraiser

Here's five top events happening in Naugatuck and throughout the area this weekend.

1.

Where:
Date/Time: Friday, April 1 from 7:30 p.m. to 1 a.m.
Why Go: It’s a fundraiser for a local youth soccer club. Beer, appetizers and cash bar available.
Cost: $20 donation, $50 door entry, $20 buy-in tournament, $5 arm-length of tickets.

Where:
Date/Time: Friday, April 1 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Why Go: The Brotherhood of St. Andrew ill be hosting a Lenten Fish Bake every Friday. Come for baked haddock, roasted broccoli, rice pilaf, dessert and beverages.
Cost: $12 for adults, $8 for children 12 and under.

3.

Where: Oxford High School
When: Thursday, March 31 to Saturday, April 2, 8 p.m., Sunday, April 3, 2 p.m.
Why Go: Come see the classic musical performed by this school’s theatre group.
Cost: $12 for adults, $8 for students/seniors

4.

Where: New Milford High School
When: Saturday, April 2, 7 p.m. doors open, 8 p.m. show
Why Go: Beyond the Wall, a Pink Floyd tribute band, will be playing a concert at the high school.
Cost: $25 tickets – www.beyondthewall.net

5. Live Music – New Haven

Where: Café Nine, New Haven
When: Saturday, April 2, at 9 p.m.
Why Go: Eileen Jewell and Sarah Borges, local musicians, are playing.
Cost:
$10.
