Editor's Note: We asked all candidates on the ballot to send us biographical information to be used online. Some sent us exactly what we asked for, while others sent the same information that they sent to the Citizen's News, a weekly paper owned by Maitland Publishing Inc. We are publishing what we have received from them. If you are a candidate and your information does not appear on the site, it's because I did not receive it. We are posting these one at a time over the weekend. If you are a candidate and still want to add your information to Naugatuck Patch, add it by clicking here (a link to our "Speak Out" section) and following the instructions.

1) Why are you running for burgess? I'm running for Burgess because I care about this town and the people in it. Having lived here since I was seven I believe that we are at a pivotal point in Naugatuck's history with my business background lending itself to bringing fresh ideas and making hard decisions when needed.
2) What can be done to increase economic development in Naugatuck? A stronger focus on bringing businesses into Naugatuck and working better with the businesses we currently have in town.
3) Would you be in favor of privatizing any borough services? Why or why not? Yes, I believe there are certain functions that we currently support on a town level that would be more economical and we would see an increased level of service if they were privatized.
4) What will be your goals and priorities if elected? My goal is to make decisions based on the betterment of the town, both in the short and long term. My priority will be to focus on are our most critical issues which are education, taxes and economic development.
