UPDATE: Rossi Wins Deputy Mayor Spot Again

GOP has a 5-4 majority on the borough board. 21-year-old Alex Olbrys is elected to Borough Board.

UPDATE at 10:18 p.m.

Republican Registrar of Voters Janice Dambowsky says that Alex Olbrys, a 21-year-old Republican burgess candidate, is the ninth and final candidate on the Board of Mayor and Burgesses.

Unofficial early results indicated that Olbrys had won. However, when absentee ballots and same-day voter registration results were factored into the results, the numbers indicated that Olbrys took the seat. 

Here is what the burgess numbers were, according to the Registrar's Office. The top nine get in:

2. Bob Neth, R, incumbent, 2,907
3. Mike Bronko, R, incumbent, 2,326
4. Laurie Taf Jackson, D, incumbent, 2,279
5. Catherine Ernsky, R, incumbent, 2,155
6. Rocky Vitale, D (current Board of Finance member), 2,107
7. Robert Burns, D, incumbent, 1,957
8. Patrick J. Scully, Sr., D, incumbent: 1,930
9. Alex Olbrys, R (current Inland Wetlands Commissioner), 1,843
