Naugatuck Senior Center Flu Clinic

The NVHD will be at the Naugatuck Senior Center for a Flu Clinic on Tuesday October 1st from 9:00am - 11:00am.
 
Insurances accepted are: Medicare Part B as primary insurance, AETNA, ConnectiCare, Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield & Cigna.
Cost for all others will be $20.00 cash, check or credit card.

The single best way to prevent the Flu is to get your Flu shot!
