“Sure on This Shining Night,” a garden party gala for the
establishment of the Connecticut Choral Society endowment fund.
Not only will you have a memorable day enjoying nature, fine
art, and fine music, but also you will be supporting the continuation of the
Connecticut Choral Society’s mission to provide quality music for future
generations.
From 1 – 5 pm, stroll through the nationally-recognized Pine
Meadow Gardens in Southbury, watch as local artists paint garden scenes,
purchase their artwork, and enjoy light refreshments. Cost is $25 and no
reservations are required.
From 5:30 – 8:30 pm, there will be a gourmet dinner with
fine wines, followed by an exclusive chamber music concert, featuring piano,
violin, and soprano soloist Megan Knapp. Come meet our Artistic Director and
Conductor Eric Dale Knapp and hear about our exciting 2014/2015 season. Buy
