In an effort to evaluate and extend the impact of its services, Naugatuck’s Youth and Family Services department is conducting a brief online survey. Information gained from the survey, which is aimed at Naugatuck community residents, will help inform the direction of future services as well the agency itself. The survey which will be available online until Dec. 15th, 2013, takes less than 10 minutes to complete. It is open to all Naugatuck community residents. All interested participants can access a link to the survey here: NYFS Youth Services Questionnaire
Naugatuck Youth and Family Services hopes the survey will help its directorship to better evaluate departmental strengths and target areas for future training, creative development, and growth. The end goal will be to increase the impact of its youth services programming and become a model for intercommunity collaboration.
Naugatuck Youth and Family Services, one of Connecticut’s longest-running youth service agencies, has provided affordable, strengths-based community counseling and programming since 1975. Their programs, which have included charitable, recreational, therapeutic, and educational outreach, have been designed to reconnect local youth and families with the inherent strengths and resources of their community.
