The Naugatuck Arts Commission hosted its 2nd Annual All Arts Festival on Saturday, Sept. 29, 2012 This event is meant to promote the arts in Naugatuck. The Rubber City Blues Band hosted an open mic all day, culminating with a full concert at 6:00 p.m. There were food and arts & crafts vendors. The long standing program pArticipate had a tent where adults and children alike were able to express their artistic selves through several mediums. Children's games and activities were available throughout the day courtesy of the Naugatuck Community Choir. There was a display featuring entrants from their summer photo contest.
