Give Local Greater Waterbury & Litchfield Hills is a community-wide online giving challenge hosted by Connecticut Community Foundation which seeks to inspire as many people as possible to support local nonprofit organizations during a 36-hour period.
Our goal is to raise unrestricted dollars for the nonprofit organizations that serve our communities. 100% of every dollar donated goes directly to the nonprofits.
How it Works:For 36 hours, between 7a.m. on Tuesday, November 12 through 7p.m. on Wednesday, November 13, donors can make gifts of $10 or more to participating nonprofits that are located in or provide services in our 21 town service area. Donations will be amplified with matching funds and nonprofits may be eligible for additional prizes and bonuses!
