Naugatuck High School Spring Concert - Small Ensemble

Music students performed in the Davis Auditorium Thursday night.

The Naugatuck High School music department presented their annual Spring Concert - Small Ensemble on Thursday night at the Davis Auditorium.
The Jazz Band, under the direction of Robert Hughes, played a selection of jazz standards. Kaylin Spaulding had a solo on her bari sax and Greg Marquardt played a solo on trombone in "Vehicle."
The NHS Chamber Singers performed some numbers from their Italy tour and Ashley Kane and Michael Newman had solos on "And So It Goes" by Billy Joel. The Chamber Singers are directed by Mahlon Peterson.
The Percussion Ensemble presented their exciting and award-winning 2013 Show: Fire and Ice by Robert W. Smith.
