TWELVE ANGRY JURORS
Based on the classic film Twelve Angry Men; TWELVE ANGRY JURORS by Reginald Rose unfolds in a New York City court deliberation room on a sweltering August evening. Jury members must determine the verdict in a murder case in which a young man accused of killing his father now faces the death penalty if found guilty. These dozen nameless citizens find themselves in the role of potential executioner, but first they must face themselves, their biases and their own sense of justice.
What starts as an open-and-shut case soon twists into an edge-of-your-seat drama as each juror begins to question how they should cast their vote. This powerful and engaging production will be presented at the John J Brady Center for the Performing Arts on the Campus of Amity High School, 25 Newton Rd. Woodbridge CT on Friday December 6th at 8pm. Tickets are $10.00
