A native of Southington, and now a Las Vegas-based performer, Steve Lippia has become one of the nation’s most prominent, in-demand vocalists and has quickly established his place among the finest interpreters of “standards” and traditional pop music today. By creating a show that is perfect blend of “classic” and “today,” Lippia uses his energetic talent and powerful voice to introduce a new generation to the timeless music of The Great American Song Book, while still appealing to long-time listeners.

With a hot band behind him, Lippia effortlessly transitions from swing tunes to lush ballads with a voice that is reminiscent of a young Sinatra, Harry Connick, Jr. and Bobby Darin. His repertoire brings the music and lyrics of Cole Porter and Harold Arlen to new life and includes such standards as “I’ve Got You Under My Skin,” “The Lady Is A Tramp,” “Summer Wind” and “The Best Is Yet To Come.” Lippia has performed in the legendary Birdland Jazz Club in New York City and the European Jazz Festival Tour, as well as at sold-out performances across the nation.
