Obituary: Anna Mulesky, 98, of Naugatuck

Miss Mulesky was a lifelong resident of Naugatuck and retired from the footwear division of Uniroyal, Inc.

 

Miss. Anna Mulesky, 98, of Prospect Street, Naugatuck, passed away at her home on Friday, November 2, 2012.

Anna was born in Naugatuck on August 12, 1914, a daughter of the late William and Pauline (Skirvainis) Mulesky. She was a lifelong resident of Naugatuck and retired from the footwear division of Uniroyal, Inc. after 40 years of service. She was a member of the AARP, FAIM Foundation for Advancement of Innovative Medicine, and the Lupus Foundation. She was a communicant of St. Mary's Church.

She leaves her three nephews, William Mulesky and his wife Edie of Hawaii, Paul Mulesky of California, and Jay Mulesky of Alaska. She was predeceased by her brothers, John and William Mulesky, and her sister, Mary Mulesky.  

Her funeral will be held on Saturday, November 10 at 10:30 a.m. from the Naugatuck Valley Memorial/Fitzgerald Zembruski Funeral Home, 240 North Main Street, Naugatuck to St. Mary's Church, 338 North Main Street, Naugatuck for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in St. James Cemetery, Cross Street, Naugatuck. Calling hours will be held at the funeral home on Saturday morning from 9:30-10:30am.
