Obituary: Chad Miller Dies at 30

The following obituary was provided by Buckmiller Brothers Funeral Home.

SEYMOUR — Mr. Chad Robert Miller, age 30 of Seymour, formerly of Naugatuck, died Sunday September 4, 2011. He was the husband of Sara (Della Rocco) Miller.

Mr. Miller was born in Caribou, Maine on September 3, 1981 son of Robert E. and Pamela (Conroy) Miller of Naugatuck. He was a graduate of Naugatuck High School and was an employee of Derby Glass. He was passionate about baseball, played high school football, and loved to play softball. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Besides his wife and parents, left to cherish his wonderful memory are his two Sons: Caden and Gavin Miller of Seymour, a Sister: Jessica Miller of Naugatuck, his mother-in-law and father-in-law: Carl and Beverly Della Rocco of Ansonia, his Paternal Grandmother: Karin Miller of Caribou, Maine, and late Grandfather Phillip, and his Maternal Grandmother: Geraldine Conroy-Shepard of Florida, and late Grandfather Gilbert. Also surviving Mr. Miller are many aunts and uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.

A funeral with Funeral services will be held on Friday Sept. 9, 2011 at 10 a.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church 350 Millville Ave. Naugatuck. Family and friends are asked to please meet directly at the church. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Friends may call at the Buckmiller Brothers Funeral Home 82 Fairview Ave. Naugatuck on Thursday September 8, 2011 from 5 to 8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Special Olympics Connecticut 2666 State Street Suite 1 Hamden, Ct. 06517-2232. .
