Obituary: Frances M. Sytnik, 85, of Naugatuck

Frances' family would like to give special thanks to Glendale Healthcare Center for the wonderful care they gave.

 

Frances M. Sytnik, 85, passed away on November 1, 2012 at Saint Mary's Hospital.

Frances was born on September 13, 1927 in Wilkes Barre, PA a daughter of the late Andrew H. and Susan (Morovich) Sytnik. She was retired from Uniroyal, Inc where she worked for many years. She was an avid bowler and traveler, she also enjoyed seeing Broadway Shows. She was a loving aunt to her nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.

She is survived by two sisters, Ann Davis of Damascus, MD and Rosemary Gruskiewicz of Naugatuck, she also leaves one brother, Andrew Sytnik of Naugatuck.

She was predeceased by two sisters and two brothers, Cookie Doback, Irene Mullen, Henry Sytnik and Joseph Sytnik.

Frances' family would like to give special thanks to Glendale Healthcare Center for the wonderful care they gave.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. at St. James Cemetery, Cross St, Naugatuck. There are no calling hours and the Buckmiller Brothers Funeral Home, 82 Fairview Ave, Naugatuck is in charge of arrangements.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to: Special Olympics of Connecticut, 2666 State Street, Suite 1 Hamden, CT 06517-2232.
