Obituary: James Fairchild, 51

Mr. James Fairchild, Jr. 51, of Hartford, passed away at Hartford Hospital.

Mr. Fairchild was born in Waterbury, Dec. 22, 1961, a son of James Fairchild, Sr. and Ruth Anne (Porter) Fairchild and prior to his illness was a cabinet maker with Les Care Kitchens. He enjoyed fishing and Harley Motorcycles.

He leaves his father, James and his step-mother, Frances of Wolcott and his mother, Ruth Anne of Naugatuck; two brothers, Tracy Fairchild and his wife Lori of Wolcott and George Fairchild of Ludlow, Vt.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday April 13, 2013, at the Alderson Funeral Home of Naugatuck, 201 Meadow St. Burial will be in Grove Cemetery, Naugatuck. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.  In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions may be made to, Grace Episcopal Church, 55 New Park Ave., Hartford, CT 06108-2123.
