Obituary: Kevin Nolan, 72

Mr. Kevin S. Nolan, 72, 145 Sunflower Circle, Royal Palm Beach, formerly of Naugatuck, passed away at the Hospice of Palm Beach County on Wednesday, January 30, 2013.  He was the beloved husband of Rosalie (Sassi) Nolan.

Mr. Nolan was born in Waterbury, CT on Dec. 12, 1940, a son of the late Andrew and Hazel (Somers) Nolan.  He was a longtime resident of Naugatuck before moving to Royal Palm Beach, Fla., 20 years ago.

 Besides his wife of 41 years, he leaves his three daughters, Deirdre Faiz of Wolcott, CT, Kerry Ann DiPietro of Middlebury, CT, Angela Hague of Norwell, MA; his brother, Terence Nolan of Naugatuck; his grandchildren, Adam, Ali, Kaitlyn, Meili, Harris, and Isabel; several nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his brothers, Andrew, Brian, and Kelly.

 A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, Feb. 5 at 9 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 318 Church St., Naugatuck.  Friends are asked to meet DIRECTLY at the church at 8:45am.  Burial will follow in St. James Cemetery, Cross Street, Naugatuck.  Calling hours will be held at the Naugatuck Valley Memorial/Fitzgerald Zembruski Funeral Home, 240 North Main Street, Naugatuck on Monday evening from 6-8pm.  To send an on-line condolence, please visit www.naugatuckvalleymemorial.com
