Obituary: Michael A. Koskelowski

Man was a longtime employee of the Naugatuck Glass Company.

Michael Koskelowski, of Oxford, entered eternal rest on June 12, 2012. He is survived by his loving wife, Connie; daughters, Jean Brinkmeier (Greg) and Carol Koskelowski (Peter Brenton); and four grandchildren, Matthew, Karen, Alieda and Richard. He also leaves brothers Robert and his wife, Dianna Koskelowski, Gary and his wife, Dawn DeAngelis, Frank and his wife, Julia Koskelowski, and Thomas Koskelowski, and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.

Michael worked until his recent illness at Flabeg Technical Glass, formerly Naugatuck Glass Company, with his dear friend, Antonio Padeiro, and other friends and colleagues. He enjoyed fly fishing and spending time with his family and friends.

Family and friends are invited to a celebration of Mike's life to be held on Saturday, June 23, at 11 a.m. at the in Oxford.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Oxford UCC Congregational Church, 3 Academy Road, Oxford, CT 06478, for the pew cushion fund; or Farmington River Watershed Association, 749 Hopmeadow St., Simsbury, CT 06070, to help preserve the river and surrounding land to be enjoyed by all.

The Anthony V. Chepulis Funeral Home, 47 Washington Ave., Seymour, is assisting the family.
