Obituary: Regina Davino Dies at 68

WATERBURY — Regina Davino, age 68, of 177 Whitewood Road, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday May 3, 2012 at Paradigm Health Care. 

Regina was born in Naugatuck on May 16, 1943, daughter of the late Andrew and Leona (Taylor) Wasdo. Regina resided in Waterbury for most of her life after spending her youth in Naugatuck. She enjoyed making ceramics, bowling and playing cards with her family and friends.

She leaves two sons, Richard Marino of Waterbury and Carl Davino of Shelton; two daughters, Kathie Lang and her husband Andrew of Wolcott and Debra Thomas and her husband Christopher of Waterbury; two sisters, Jean Wargo and Patricia Way, both of Woodbury; seven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son Michael Marino and her brother Bobby Wasdo.

Her funeral will be held on Tuesday May 8, 2012 at 11AM at the Naugatuck Valley Memorial/Fitzgerald Zembruski Funeral Home, 240 North Main Street, Naugatuck. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, East Main Street, Waterbury. Calling hours will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday morning from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.
