Missing Naugatuck Teen Found Safe [Updated]

Update as of 9 a.m. on Feb. 23:

Naugatuck Police say a 17-year-old who was reported missing has been located.

The teen was found Saturday night safe and unharmed.

A Naugatuck teen hasn't been seen or heard from in almost 24 hours, and police are hoping the public can help bring him back home safely.

Miles Brihim, 17, was last seen at 10 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 21. Naugatuck Police said he was possibly headed toward Waterbury with friends.

His family has been unable to get in touch with him since Friday. Brihim has no special medical issues or conditions and is not considered to be a danger to himself or others, police said.

He is described as a white/Hispanic male with medium complexion. He's 5-feet, 2-inches, 185 pounds, and wears dark rimmed glasses.              

Brihim was last seen wearing khaki pants, a red Aeropostale T-shirt and red sneakers; he possibly had a black backpack, too.
