Assault, Harassment, DUIs in Police Blotter

The following arrest information was supplied by the Naugatuck Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Flora Brooks, 49, of Naugatuck, was charged with second-degree harassment on June 27 at approximately 2:30 p.m. after police determined the she had continued to contact another man through text message after she was advised against it.

Brooks was released on $500 non-surety bond and was scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on June 28.

Robert Deptula, 42, of Naugatuck, was charged with trespassing on June 29 at approximately 5:37 p.m. after police were called to A Better Way Car on Old Firehouse Road and observed Deptula, who police say has recently stolen car parts, inside the lot.

Deptula was released on promise to appear and was scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on July 10.

Michael Reho, 24, of Naugatuck, was charged with DUI, failure to drive to the right and drinking while operating a motor vehicle on June 29 at approximately 11:38 p.m. after police observed him driving erratically on Cherry Street in Naugatuck.

Reho was released on $500 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on July 11.

Michael Fleck, 25, of Naugatuck, was charged with DUI, traveling unreasonable fast and failure to stay to the right on June 30 at approximately 1:35 a.m. after police observed him driving erratically on City Hill Street in Naugatuck.

Fleck was released on $500 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on July 11.

Andrew Loschiavo, 22, of Oxford, was charged with DUI, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to keep right on June 30 at approximately 3:15 a.m. after police observed him driving erratically on Cross Street in Naugatuck.

Loschiavo was released on $5,000 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on July 11.

William Stults, 46, of Naugatuck, was charged with third-degree assault and breach of peace on June 30 at approximately 11:50 a.m. after officers responded to a dispute on Park Place in Naugatuck where police say Stults punched and spit on another person.

Stults was released on $1,000 non-surety bond and was scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on July 1.
