Faulty Home Alarm Leads to Man's Arrest

Naugatuck police found no signs of forced entry but discovered something they didn't expect.

NAUGATUCK - A local man has a faulty security alarm to blame for his arrest.

Police responded to 51 Celentano Drive for a report of a house alarm on Aug. 26 and found something they didn’t expect: marijuana plants in the backyard. As police were searching the property for evidence of a break in, four plants were found growing in pots under the deck of the home.
