Naugatuck Firefighters Support Waterbury at Crash Scene

An Infinity reportedly smashed through the front of a tax services building.

When a car smashed into a building in Waterbury Wednesday afternoon, Naugatuck firefighters responded to help out. 

Fire Chief Ken Hanks, one captain and two firefighters were called to the scene upon a mutual aid request from Waterbury, as the city's collapse truck is out of service. Naugatuck firefighters provided technical assistance, Hanks said.

The building hit is home to National Tax Services on East Main Street, the Republican American reports.
