Naugatuck Police Blotter: DUI, Domestic Dispute

Dec. 13, 12:49 p.m.: A Southbury man was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after a motor vehicle investigation on North Main Street. James Porrata, 29, was also charged with stop sign violation and released on $1,000 non-surety bond.

Dec. 15, 7:49 p.m.: Police responded to reports of a domestic dispute between a husband and wife at an apartment on N. Spring St. During the argument, police say Miguel Colon threw clothing in the common hallway of the apartment building. Colon was held on $500 surety bond and given a court date of Dec. 16.
