A juvenile from Waterbury was arrested Jan. 21 on a charge of second-degree larceny for allegedly stealing a car in Naugatuck.

According to police, the juvenile stole a car that was left running in the parking lot of a business on South Main Street, on Oct. 12, 2013. The juvenile was arrested by warrant last Tuesday at Manson Youth Institution, police said.

Gee...what a shocker...he was arrested at MYI. The punk, loser was already incarcerated on other charges. So let me get this straight....punk teenager comes in from WTBY and pilfers someone's car. Meantime, the clown gets arrested on other charges and is now either awaiting disposition of them, or, is already sentenced and doing time. My question is this....is there anyone out there who thinks this creep has a bright future?? Prepare yourselves my friends to be one day victimized by this criminal (when he's out of jail) or to pay for his current and future incarcerations which appear to be a certainty. Good God....great to be 16 or 17 and knee deep in crime ain't it?? I could go on but why bother....
