A local man stole a credit card belonging to a family member and made withdrawals totaling $4,023 over a span of two months, according to a Naugatuck Police report.
Douglas Humphries, 34, of 66 Hill St., Naugatuck, was charged with third-degree larceny, illegal use of a credit card, credit card theft and receipt of money, goods, services by illegal use of a credit card.
He was released on a $1,500 non-surety bond and will be arraigned on July 25 at Waterbury Superior Court.

It was unclear why he is wanted in Louisiana.
In Naugatuck, he has been charged with criminal attempt at impairing the morals of a child and criminal attempt at promoting a minor in an obscene performance.
