Police: Stolen Firearm Found in Naugatuck Man's Home

The weapon was reportedly one of two stolen from a Watertown residence.

A 30-year-old Naugatuck man was arrested Dec. 18 on an active warrant charging him with criminal possession of a firearm.

According to the police report, a firearm stolen from a Watertown residence was located in the man's residence on George Street in Naugatuck. The man, who police identified as Patrick Occhino, was arrested at 7:40 p.m. on Dec. 18.

He was held on a $50,000 bond and was due in court on Dec. 19.
