Naugatuck police charged two residents on arrest warrants. Briana Giroux, 26, of Forest Street, and Matt Summa, 27, of School Street, were both charged on warrants.
Giroux allegedly sold Valium, while Summa allegedly sold Xanax, the Waterbury Republican reports.
