Naugatuck Property Transfers: March 2-5

See which homes in the borough changed hands over the past week.

The following property transfers were obtained through the Clerk's Office at Town Hall, which keeps records of such transactions.

March 1

Jose M. Rafael transferred the property at 189 May St. to Jose M. Rafael and Claudia A. Moren on Feb. 26 for $0. There was no conveyance tax. The transaction was recorded on March 1.

Alfonso Oliveira transferred the property at 87-89 Andrew Ave. to Tiffanie E. Alicia on Feb. 28 for $167,500. The transfer was recorded on $1,256.25. The transaction was recorded on March 1.

March 2

The Connecticut Water Company transferred the property at Shadduck Road to The Naugatuck Land Trust on Feb. 20. There was no cost or tax listed in the record. The transaction was recorded on March 2.

The Connecticut Water Company transferred the property at Shadduck Road to the Borough of Naugatuck on Oct. 21, 2011 for $0. The transaction was recorded on March 2.

Matthew Gerlich transferred the property at 33 Moore Ave. on March 1 for $75,000. The conveyance tax was $562.50. The transaction was recorded on March 2.

Craig Cordon transferred the property at 123 Morning Dove Road on Feb. 6 for $0. There was no conveyance tax. The transaction was recorded on March 2.

Antonio Abrantes and America Abrantes transferred the property at 345 Cherry St. to Smith G. Hugh on Feb. 29 for $112,500. The conveyance tax was $843.75.  The transaction was recorded on March 2.

Mary Ann Pinto transferred the property at 102 Phyllis Drive to Joseph E. Pinto on March. 1 for $1. There was no conveyance tax. The transaction was recorded on March 2.

Isidro Oliveira transferred the property at 219 May St. to Maria R. Oliveira on March 2 for $137,500. The conveyance tax was $1,031.25.

Cathy Lynn DeVack transferred the property at 73 Lantern Park Drive on Feb. 29 for $53,500. The conveyance tax was $401.25. The transaction was recorded on March 2.

March 5

DeKim M. Pereira transferred the property at 52 Briarwood Drive to Vanessa M. Pereira on Feb. 27 for $0. The transaction was recordeded on March 5. There was no conveyance tax.
