March 6

Nikki and Brian Jones transferred the property at 125 Bluebird Drive to Beneficial Finance I Inc. on Feb. 22. There was no cost or conveyance tax listed in the record. The transaction was recorded on March 6.

Federal National Mortgage Association transferred the property at 64 Scott St. to FM 611, LTD on Jan. 24 for $22,426. The conveyance tax was $168.23. The transaction was recorded on March 6.

Lois E. Pompano transferred the property at 102 Ruela Drive to Lois E. Pompano on Feb. 23 for $0. There was no conveyance tax. The transaction was recorded on March 6.

John J. Roberts and Gena I. Roberts transferred the property at 215 Tawny Thrush Road to Macncostas Constantini on March 5 for $195,000. The conveyance tax was $1,462.50. The transaction was recorded on March 6.

Karen E. Brylle transferred the property at 16 Tyler Hill Road to Omar Garcia Cornu on Feb. 2 for $287,000. The conveyance tax was $2,152.50. The transaction was recorded on March 6.

The Secretary of Veteran Affairs transferred the property at 75 Manners Ave. to Daniel M. Matosian on March 1 for $156,900. The conveyance tax was $1,176.75. The transaction was recorded on March 6.

March 9

The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development transferred the property at 701 Beacon Valley Road, #23, to James Iwaniec on March 9. The cost was listed as “exempt” and there was no conveyance tax.

March 12

Joseph A. Lampron transferred the property at 112 Spring St. to The Bank of N.Y. Mellon, f/k/a/ The Bank of N.Y. As Trust Certificate Holders of CWALT, Inc., et. Al., on Feb. 1. There was no cost or conveyance tax listed in the record. The transaction was recorded on March 12.

Suzanne J. Cascella transferred the property at 205 Bluebird Drive to Jaime Jarrin on March 6 for $165,000. The conveyance tax was $1,237.50. The transaction was recorded on March 12.

Dennis J. Synnott transferred property at 84 North Hoadley St. to William Masiello on March 8 for $140,000. The conveyance tax was $1,050. The transaction was recorded on $140,000.
