City Hill Students 'Step Up' to High School

More than 300 students from City Hill Middle School were honored during a "stepping up" ceremony Thursday night on the school's soccer field.

The ceremony was held in lieu of a traditional graduation ceremony as the school, like many others in the state, have moved away from graduation because they would rather have student achievement fetted when they finish high school.

Each student crossed the stage and was given a certificate of achievement.
