The American Legion Post 17 baseball team is holding a fund raiser to benefit the Legion Baseball program. The Post 17 players and coaches are selling tickets to the New Britain Rock Cats baseball game scheduled for 6:35 p.m. April 30th vs. Harrisburg Senators at Beehive Stadium.
Call American Legion head coach Ron Swierbitowicz at 203-305-4776 or contact any team member to purchase the $8 tickets with $4 going to the Legion baseball team to help fund the season expenses. When calling for tickets if you would like to purchase them in the name of any player please feel free to do so. The player who sells the most tickets will be rewarded by throwing out the first pitch prior to the game.
