Connecticut Trails Day at Gunntown Passive Park & Nature Preserve

Learn about the natural history, wildlife, and ecology of our new passive recreation area.

“The Connecticut Forest & Park Association has coordinated the Connecticut Trails Day Celebration since 1993. Through this unique community collaboration, Connecticut towns, parks, preserves, land trusts, and other landowners are able to showcase their trails, staff, volunteers, and hard work to thousands of people while promoting healthy, outdoor recreation.”

This is an easy, .5 mile walk around Gunntown meadow.
