Naugatuck Basketball Association Championship

B&G Sports and Coldwell Banker Realty 2000 will play game three at Hillside.

The UConn women’s basketball team is not the only squad in Connecticut playing for a championship tonight. Here in Naugatuck, it’s B&G Sports and Coldwell Banker Realty 2000 playing for the Naugatuck Basketball Association crown.

The recreational league for high school students had 175 players on 14 teams this year. Only two are left after a long playoff series, and tonight (Monday, April 9) marks the final game of the best of three championship.

The teams will tip off at 7:15 p.m. at Hillside Intermediate School in Naugatuck. Admission is free.
