Naugatuck Youth Soccer’s Elite Extreme U12 Boys win South County RI Seaside Classic July 12 & 13 for the second year in a row in impressive fashion sweeping all 4 games.
The team which played in the tournament’s more competitive Seaside Division dominated the tournament scoring 18 goals while limiting opponents to just 1 goal on a penalty kick. Combining to score the 18 goals were Brian Portela, Brian Silva, Alex Manasoiu, Branden Lage, Zach Koslosky, Connor Kusmit, Nelson Lavoura, Brandon Sampaio and Freddie Longo.
Just as impressive was Goalie Michael Connan who with the help of the defense led by Matt Smith limited opponents to just 1 goal for the tournament.
