well do the math bought it on wed. was sick from it on Thursday and Friday again. Worked as iRead More explain during your business hours on Saturday and contacted first chance i got on Sunday. Even still once i got through the manager when on defense accused me of swindle over 25 bucks and was rude cursed me and called me a fag. This is not how u treat a customer with a complaint. Once i told her i would never go back she explain one customer unhappy will no effect her business and hung up on me. I didn't even want to speak to her each time i called i asked for the owner whom i have yet to hear back from. I guess it shows how much the respect and appreciate there customers. Even if it was a week later it should have been a respected complaint. Not called names and taunted from the driver employee. You crew acted like a bunch of thugs. Well it don't mater like the manager said this will never be read and nobody will care. I learned my lesson and it only costed 25 bucks. Cheaper then collage.

Its not at all funny I was very sick and missed work on Thursday due to being up and sick all night.Read More It wasn't till i ate the second half on Thursday night and got sick a second time early Friday morning. I worked during the business hours on Friday and Saturday and contacted you first chance i got. I got a hold of a cook whom had me call back each hour till the owned got there. I got a manager who went into defense mode right off the bat. I was called a swindler and accused of lying. I was called several curse words from a rude driver as well as the manager calling me a fag and hanging up on me. I was told i didn't mater as a customer as there are plenty more behind me. I was also threatened with the police all because i was trying to contact an owner of a business who i have yet to hear back from. I have never dealt with such ignorant people. I learned my lesson and it costed 25 bucks. like I said ill stick with Mikes's pizza, they are still the best in town.

I had a run in or 2 with that manager also. She is not a customer orientated person. I am surprisedRead More that business has any customers left. Just the way she answers the phone you can tell she don't like her job. I think she should just find a new job instead of taken it out on the customers. I live off north church so its our neighborhood pizza joint. Its a shame that my family cant enjoy the new setup but I rather just get big Y's pizza. No hassle no fuss and quick.
