Dorothy DeBisschop
Dorothy A. DeBisschop is Oxford town historian and the former publisher of a newspaper that covered the Oxford community. She is also author of the book, Images of America: Oxford (Connecticut), which tells and illustrates the history of the community.She founded and served of the first president of of SONCCA, the non-profit before and after school program at the Seymour and Oxford schools.  She also co-founded the Oxford Community Car Pool.
