Jennifer Merrill, Neighbor

Jennifer Merrill is a full time Realtor and one of Coldwell Banker Realty 2000’s top performers. Serving the Greater Waterbury area representing buyers and sellers Jennifer has made many friends and happy clients. Prior to Real Estate she worked as a customer service manager for a major telecommunications company, and because of this Jennifer possesses an in depth understanding of quality client services. She also worked as a paraprofessional in the special education department of a school system, so she has cultivated excellent people skills.

In addition to service and personality, Jennifer offers customers her technical marketing and communication talents. She also has earned the following certifications to further enhance her capabilities: Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), At Home with Diversity, E-PRO (proficiency in online communication) and Seller Representation Specialist (SRS).  Jennifer is quite involved with the Naugatuck community. Her activities include the Naugatuck Finance Committee, Girl Scouts (past Leader), Cub Scouts (past Leader), Parent School Council (past Treasurer), Naugatuck Middle School Mentor, and Naugatuck Rotary Club.
