Auditions Announced for 'Fiddler On the Roof'

Auditions to be held for girls ages 12 - 14 to play Bielke.

GOODSPEED HOLDS NON-EQUITY AUDITIONS FOR LOCAL GIRLS

     East Haddam, Conn., FEBRUARY 14, 2014:  Calling all girls!  Here’s your chance to join a professional acting company.  Goodspeed Musicals is holding auditions for local Non-Equity child actors (GIRLS between ages 12-14) for its upcoming production of Fiddler on the Roof. Auditions will be held on Friday, March 7th.

      Auditions are for Bielke, the youngest daughter.  Candidates must be able to sing, act and dance.

      We will be accepting headshot/resume submissions starting immediately through March 4th.  Potential candidates will then be contacted to schedule an appointment.  All auditions are by appointment only.  Please e-mail headshots and resumes to kmclaughlin@goodspeed.org.  If you have any questions contact Company Management at 860-873-8664, ext. 388.

      Candidates must be available for rehearsals, May 27 – June 26, and performances, June 27 – September 13.  Rehearsals and performances occur in East Haddam, Conn. 

     Performers of all ethnicities are strongly encouraged to audition.
